1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetworkCoin AI ecosystem, including our Layer 1 blockchain, Coin AI, wallet, SIMCARD services, CODER, CHAT, BROWSER, AI search, websites, APIs, mobile applications, and any other products or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or otherwise prohibited from using the Services
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and verification
3. Accounts and Identity Verification
3.1 Account Creation
Some parts of the ecosystem (for example, wallet, SIMCARD, CODER, or dashboard access) require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
3.2 KYC / AML
For regulated services (such as fiat on/off ramps, SIM plans, and certain payment and money transmission functions), we may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") and anti-money-laundering ("AML") checks. You agree to provide all information and documents requested and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in limited or blocked access.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and any authentication methods you use. You are solely responsible for activities that occur under your account or wallet. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach you become aware of.
4. Blockchain, Wallets and Coin AI
4.1 NetworkCoin AI Blockchain
NetworkCoin AI operates as a Layer 1 blockchain. Transactions broadcast to the blockchain are generally irreversible and publicly visible. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions cannot usually be altered, cancelled, or reversed once submitted.
4.2 Coin AI
Coin AI ("AI") is the native digital asset of the NetworkCoin AI blockchain and is used to pay transaction fees, access certain features, and power ecosystem applications. We do not guarantee any price, value, or future performance of Coin AI.
4.3 Wallets
Our wallet tools may allow you to create and manage blockchain addresses and keys. We do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrases. If you lose them, we cannot recover your assets. You are solely responsible for backup and security of your wallets.
4.4 Fees and Gas
Transactions on the blockchain may require gas or network fees, typically paid in Coin AI. Fees are determined by network conditions and may change at any time.
5. Ecosystem Services
5.1 SIMCARD and Connectivity
SIMCARD and related connectivity services are provided through partnerships with network operators. Coverage, speeds, and quality may vary by location, device, and partner terms. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible and unlocked where required.
5.2 CODER and AI Builder
The CODER and AI builder tools allow you to generate applications, code, and on-chain logic with the assistance of AI models. Outputs may contain errors or require review. You are responsible for testing, auditing, and securing any code, smart contracts, or applications deployed using these tools.
5.3 CHAT and Messaging
CHAT and communication features may include text, voice, and video. You agree not to use these features to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or to send spam, malware, or illegal content.
5.4 BROWSER and AI Search
The BROWSER and AI search experiences may display or synthesize information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law or regulation
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
7. AI Outputs and Content
Our Services may use AI models to generate text, code, images, or other outputs. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, offensive, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated content and for complying with all applicable laws.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or interoperate with third-party wallets, exchanges, networks, AI providers, or telecommunications partners. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or actions.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network congestion, provider outages, or acts outside our control may disrupt service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand elements, user interfaces, software, documentation, and content (excluding your own content and public blockchain data) are owned by NetworkCoin AI Inc or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted in writing.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetworkCoin AI Inc shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss or theft of digital assets, private keys, or recovery phrases
- Service interruptions, network outages, or coverage issues
- Errors or vulnerabilities in AI-generated code or content
- Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account or devices
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetworkCoin AI Inc from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect fraud, abuse, regulatory risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination will not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or another dispute mechanism as permitted by applicable law, except where local law provides you with a mandatory right to litigate in court.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website, app, or email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
