  • NetworkMeet: Encrypted video conferencing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed through Stripe or cryptocurrency
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to NetworkCoin AI Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you create or upload remains yours. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

9. Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets

If you use our cryptocurrency-related Services (Wallet, DEX, Staking, Bridge):

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital assets including price volatility
  • You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Regulatory requirements may vary by jurisdiction

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETWORKCOIN AI INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetworkCoin AI Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
