How do I create an account?
Click Get Started on the home page. You'll create a NetworkCoin ID, the single sign-on that unlocks every product in the suite.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan includes a free trial of the paid tiers. You can also use the editors on most surfaces without a subscription; AI actions are the rate-limited pieces.
What's included in one subscription?
Every live surface, Browser, Meet, Calendar, Designer, App Builder, Office Bot, Data Room, Cloud, plus your NetworkCoin ID. One login, one invoice, no per-app juggling.
Data Room & founder documents
What documents can Data Room generate?
The 18 documents a venture-backed company needs on day one: Bylaws, IP Assignment, Founder Stock Purchase, 83(b) Election, Offer Letter, PIIA, NDA, Cap Table, Board Consents, Subscription Agreement, Term Sheet, and more. Each is AI-tailored to your company.
How does signing work?
You sign inside the app (draw or type), then a secure signing link is emailed to the counterparty. When both sides complete, the signed PDF auto-files into the right section of your data room.
Is the AI-tailored document legal?
The templates are vetted starting points a founder can use to replace lawyer-produced first drafts. For a material contract or a dispute, get a lawyer to review. Data Room is built to be the 95% that founders usually skip or overpay for.
Meet & Calendar
How many people can join a Meet call?
Up to 50 on Pro, more on Enterprise. Every call includes live transcription and a post-call AI summary.
What are AI Employees in Meet?
Configurable AI teammates (name, voice, personality, knowledge base) that can join calls, take notes, speak when addressed, and create action items. Think of them as a note-taker who actually participates.
Can people book time with me?
Yes, Calendar ships with a public booking page at calendar.networkcoin.ai/book/your-name. Custom branding, meeting types, availability windows, and auto-generated Meet links.
Office Bot, customer support
How do I install the widget on my site?
Paste one line of code in your site's <head>: <script src="https://officebot.networkcoin.ai/widget.js" data-agent-id="YOUR_AGENT_ID" defer></script>. That's it.
How does it learn about my business?
Point it at your website, it crawls and indexes the pages. You can also upload PDFs, FAQs, and product docs to its knowledge base. Updates are reflected within a few minutes.
Can it handle phone calls?
Yes, with natural-sounding voice. Configure inbound and outbound calling on Business / Enterprise plans, the AI answers questions, books appointments, and escalates to a human with the full transcript.
Designer & App Builder
What can Designer make?
Social posts, presentations, videos, and any custom-sized graphic. AI image generation, background removal, multi-format export (PNG / SVG / PDF / MP4).
What can App Builder make?
Describe a site or small app, it ships one with live desktop + mobile preview. Follow-up edits in natural language, one-click publish to a custom domain.
Do I own what I make?
Yes, fully. Export as ZIP, push to GitHub, or host anywhere. No lock-in.
eSIM & connectivity
What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM card activated directly on your device, no physical swap. NetworkCoin eSIM works in 150+ countries with instant activation.
Which devices support it?
Most modern phones: iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later. Check your device manufacturer if unsure.
How fast is activation?
Under 60 seconds. Buy a plan in the app, scan the QR code in your device settings, and you're online.
Wallet & payments
What does the Wallet do?
Company payments, virtual cards, cross-border transfers, and an expense ledger tied to your NetworkCoin account.
Can I pay suppliers in other countries?
Yes. Payments rail sends money to 150+ countries with low fees and real-time settlement.
Where does my money live?
Funds sit with the regulated payment processor that issues your virtual cards. NetworkCoin doesn't hold balances; we provide the interface and orchestration.
Account & security
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the verification code. We also support passkeys (FIDO2).
What if I suspect unauthorized access?
Immediately sign out all sessions from Settings → Sessions, reset your password, and email support@networkcoin.ai.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every surface supports full data export. You own what you put into the system.
